How to access Diwala 3.0
At Diwala we believe in constant iteration and improvement of user experience and security concerning how you share your data. This is why we have upgraded to a brand new digital wallet that enables you to access and share your credentials in an even more secure and flexible way.

From this day, you can access your wallet from any device, using your favourite browser. This means you no longer have to download and log into the Diwala Mobile app to access your credentials!

Do you have an account with Diwala already?
Simply go to the app and log in like you usually do with your existing contact information, and we will guide you straight to your new wallet. Please make sure to use the same contact information you used before, otherwise you will not be able to see your previously received credentials 🙏

Once logged in, click on the "My Wallet Tab" after which you should see all the credentials that were previously issued to you. Please note, each time you would like to access your Diwala account and credentials, simply go to https://app.diwala.io/ and log in.☀️

‍Do you also have a business account?
‍You can now control both accounts from one place. Just remember to link your business account to your personal account when you log in to the new Diwala Wallet. Once you have added yourself, you don’t need to use the remaining email to log in anymore. You can have one account, to rule them all.

Will there be no app? 
A (mobile) app is primarily an item on your main screen on the phone. In our first upgrade of Diwala 3.0, you will still be able to add the Diwala web app onto your home screen. You can do this by using bookmarking through your browser. Click here to read more about bookmarking. This will give you easy access to Diwala straight from your main screen, if you still wish to have that.

Do you issue any type of credentials (certificates, transcripts, IDs, permits etc.)?
‍Very soon we will also be upgrading the issuing section of the Diwala platform, making it easier for you to use, while enabling you to issue more types of credentials in addition to proof of training credentials. Click here to find out how you can begin to issue credentials.
